When using a pouch laminator the whole of the surface being laminated sticks to the pouch - it is normal that the pouch is slightly larger than the page being laminated to create a seal around the edges.(Encapsulating).
As the whole of the page is stuck to the pouch this allows you to cut a page down into smaller pieces i.e. when making business cards.
