In addition to this we have also secured sole distributorship of the Renz Private RW binding machine which is included in our Starter calendar kits. All our kits include everything you need to make calendars. A calendar kit includes:
- A wire binder and closer - You can use any basic wire binder with fixed pins to make A4 Landscape and A3 Portrait calendars. Our lightweight Renz hobby starter kit includes a binder capable of punching A5 (A4 portrait) and A4 Landscape (A3 portrait) whilst our more professional Junior Pro kit includes our Bindinghouse AP34 which has selectable pins and an open ended punch, allowing you to make any size of calendar up to A2 portrait!
- A calendar thumb cut punch - This tool produces a small semi-circle in the top/centre of the paper so that the pages can be turned. You can choose from our own popular design of punch, the Calcutter or for more commercial uses we have the Oslo Thumbcut punch capable of cutting through up to 10mm of paper.
- Calendar hangers - These are the hooks that allow you to hang your calendar.
- Binding wires - These are the wires that bind your pages together. A No: 4 wire is suitable for most projects with a No: 5 wire more suitable for use with thicker paper and or covers.
- Wire cutters -These are needed to cut out the centre of the binding wire in order to insert the hanger.
